Nice to meet you.
I’m Stacey. Senior designer by day; hand letterer, type designer, painter, hiker, skiier, baker, Harry Potter lover, wife, mom, and recovering perfectionist by night. Oh, and I can roast a killer marshmallow. It’s impossible to turn my brain off, and there’s so much to love about the world.
I’m also a born New Mexico girl and a Longhorn, currently living and working from my home in Denver, Colorado—where I can can eat great food, catch a show, and feel the cool mountain breeze filling my lungs all in the same weekend.
Why do I show so much work? I think it’s impossible to pigeonhole creative people into one focus. We are multifaceted whole humans with a range of media to explore. And I’m constantly looking for creative outlets from my creative job. There’s nothing I love more than to step away from my computer and focus on the craft that got me into this business in the first place—the tactile beauty of putting pen (or paint, or ink) to paper and creating just for the sake of creation.
